How
do you keep a tarp in place? Simply putting a tarp on top of an object won’t
give full protection to your investment – depending on the weather, the tarp
may even blow off. In all instances, a tarp needs to be held in place by tie
downs or bungee cords. We carry bungee tie downs in 10 to 41 inch long sizes in
packs of 20. All ratchet tie downs are made from weather-resistant EPDM, or
molded rubber, that will stretches one and a half times the tie’s original
length. Put one of these bungee tie downs through the grommets on a tarp to
keep it in place, or, for canopies, put the tie down through the grommet and
attach to the steel frame of the structure.
