Protective Clothing
On
many worksites, certain types of safety clothing are necessary. This may be
safety clothing required by OSHA, such as reflective clothing, but other times
the clothing has a general protective purpose, such as keeping workers warm in
the winter and cool in the summer. Our selection of safety clothing for many
workplaces includes aprons and bibs, coveralls, and head covers. In many cases,
these pieces of safety clothing may be fire retardant, such as the coveralls
and head covers we carry, or the clothing may need to protect against debris
and chemical splashes. Typically, these pieces of safety clothing fit over most
ordinary pants and shirts.
Our selection of aprons and bibs has such a
purpose. The products we carry are for everyday or disposable use and, in all
cases, are designed to protect a worker and his or her clothing from chemical
splashes and other materials. These aprons and bibs are made from denim,
polyethylene, neoprene, PVC, and vinyl, and many of these are used across
manufacturing, stocking, food processing, and chemical handling. Other pieces
of safety clothing we carry offer similar types of coverage for the full body,
such as a set of coveralls, or the hair.
